Summer break is really hard when everyone else has plans and I feel like a failure, and haven’t gone to TKD in forever, and can’t seem to get myself to go without having a panic attack.
- Get some cheap dishes and break them when you get upset.
- Learn how to say “NO” and don’t feel guilty about it
- Buy something frivolous for yourself once in awhile, like a new hat.
- Never again do anything you don’t want to do.

Of course there’s bad in the world, but it doesn’t necessarily outweigh the good.

The mud caked on my shoes from walking Auschwitz will never fully wash off.
That is really the only way I can articulate my experience here. This was one of the most important pilgrimages I have made in my life so far.
